Lyla, 7 months – Sarasota Photographer

Lyla has become quite famous (on my blog) as the adorable Snow White from Halloween. Since we met her at 6 weeks, I was excited to one day have an official photo session with this little beauty. She is so easy-going, smiley, snuggly, and sweet – and that head of hair with those beautiful blue eyes…

Madeline, 4 months – Sarasota Photographer

As a surprise for J’s birthday, I asked one of his best friends from college, Russell, to fly down from NY with his wife, Jordana, and beautiful new daughter, Madeline. It’s been way too long since we’ve visited NY, so we hadn’t seen Russ and Jordie in ages, let alone gotten to meet their now-4-month-old. They made the trek – Maddie’s first plane ride! – and we had a great, relaxing, fun weekend catching up with them… and falling in love with Maddie Cakes.

Before sending them back to chilly Long Island, we had a tropical family photo shoot on one of our last warm days…

And here’s a collage of little Madeline Leah, the peanut who stole our hearts… Her expressions are priceless, and those giant blue eyes with that soft head… I miss you, Maddie!

Veronica, 5 days old, & Eleonora, 2 – Sarasota Photographer

Almost exactly a month ago, I posted some photos of Giovanna, Peppe, and Eleonora, who were expecting a new addition to the family in late November. Well, Veronica was born Tuesday, November 21, and I had the absolute pleasure of capturing her at five days old. One of the most beautiful little creatures I’ve ever laid eyes on, here she is:

Ben, 16 months – Cleveland Photographer

I hope everyone had a happy, yummy Thanksgiving! I’m still in a food coma, I think…

Ben is such a happy-go-lucky guy. During our last photo shoot, when he was 10 months, he just grinned and sat contentedly. This time, he braved the cold and enjoyed watching the ducks and picking up leaves. 🙂 And he posed so happily with his adorable hat and blazer (maybe it was the wild kids taking a blow-up boat out on the pond that had him so entertained):

Alexander, 3, & Oliver, 6 months – Cleveland Photographer

These brothers are so, so cute and fun. Alexander is 3 and of course full of energy. He could’ve bounced on his mini trampoline for the entire session, had we not wanted some other shots! It reminded me of when our buddy Danni would jump on our bed for hours, yelling, “I’m jumping! I’m jumping!” Tireless, those guys!

Claire, 15 months – Cleveland Photographer

I didn’t even realize how many 15-ish-month-olds I photographed in Cleveland until I started organizing my shoots. I love this age! They’re competently and comfortably walking (or, in Alexander‘s case, running), so animated and interactive.

I can’t stand Claire’s cuteness. And that Anthropologie sweater… to die for.

Ella, 16 months – Cleveland Photographer

Ella is no stranger to my camera – I’ve photographed this munchkin several times, but this was her last shoot as an only child! New baby brother or sister is due in January, so we had one more opportunity to take Ella’s photos before the little one’s arrival. And we finally got mom Laura and dad Ryan in some shots!!

Here’s Ella at 1 year, 7 months, and 4 months.

First, we took some holiday shots of Ella with a giant nutcracker and some other Christmas friends. She makes me laugh. 🙂

This last photo is just too funny… Even though she loved being out in the snow during our shoot last winter, the only way Ella would smile outside this time around was if Ryan put her on his head (not shoulders) – and Laura cracks me up in this one, too. Super cute – and kind of random – family shot, I think.

Rachel, 11 months – Cleveland Photographer

I’m back in FL after a whirlwind week and a half in Cleveland – my busiest trip yet! I’m so grateful for all of my wonderful Cleveland clients. 🙂

I have been waiting to photograph this little munchkin since we had to reschedule our September shoot. Rachel is amazing… gorgeous, sweet, laid-back… so great. Her parents Lauren and Andy were awesome to work with as well! We had a very chilly day, but Rachel was a trooper and enjoyed watching the geese in Wade Lagoon (and playing with the leaves):

Alexander, 15 months – Cleveland Photographer

Wow has Alexander changed since I photographed him in February! He’s a walking (more like running) machine, loves to dance, and is still so adorable. After a snowy morning in Cleveland, we went in town to have some very chilly toddler photography fun (i.e. non-stop)! Alexander thought it was a game of tag, so we just tried to keep up – helped keep us from freezing, I think. 🙂
