Micah, 1 week old – Sarasota Photographer

Second newborn this week – so cozy on these chilly days. 🙂

This one is Micah Tovi, the little guy (well, not so little – born at 9 pounds!) of Keren, Josh, and big brother Adley (check out Keren and Adley). Micah is so loved, and his grandparents flew in from all over the world to meet him.

Here’s the whole crew. Could they look any happier?

Just like Emma last week, Micah was totally alert almost the entire session. For most of the time, he was content, but he had some fussy moments and needed some calming down from his mama. Is it wrong that I find this really cute?

King Farm – Sarasota Photographer

I first met the Kings when I wrote a piece about their farm – their blueberries, in particular – for Edible Sarasota last spring. Here‘s a post with some shots of beautiful blossoms around the farm, and here’s a post featuring some of their produce at a farmers market.

The King family is so sweet and welcoming (and so much fun) – I was really excited when they asked me to come back and take some photos of the family as well as farm shots for their new website.

Evan, 1 year – Cleveland Photographer

I still haven’t posted from some of November’s Cleveland shoots, so I’m trying to catch up!

Evan turned one in late October, just a couple of weeks before our session, and he is scrumptious. He’s the cousin of Ben, whom you may recognize from a recent post and a couple others. Evan, like his cousin Ben, has an awesome personality and was a great model (even though he kept yawning – and he had just woken up from a nap! I’ll try not to take it personally, Evan!!). He was so relaxed and easy-going and let us traipse around town, posing at different spots. And to top it all off, we were pretty sure we heard a first word: “Ball!”

Veronica, 5 days old, & Eleonora, 2 – Sarasota Photographer

Almost exactly a month ago, I posted some photos of Giovanna, Peppe, and Eleonora, who were expecting a new addition to the family in late November. Well, Veronica was born Tuesday, November 21, and I had the absolute pleasure of capturing her at five days old. One of the most beautiful little creatures I’ve ever laid eyes on, here she is:

Ben, 16 months – Cleveland Photographer

I hope everyone had a happy, yummy Thanksgiving! I’m still in a food coma, I think…

Ben is such a happy-go-lucky guy. During our last photo shoot, when he was 10 months, he just grinned and sat contentedly. This time, he braved the cold and enjoyed watching the ducks and picking up leaves. 🙂 And he posed so happily with his adorable hat and blazer (maybe it was the wild kids taking a blow-up boat out on the pond that had him so entertained):

Rowan, 2, Maeve, 4, & Colin, 6 – Cleveland Photographer

We almost canceled this shoot because little Rowan had a bit of a cold, but I’m so happy we went through with it! These three were so much fun and ridiculously adorable… and other than a sniffly nose, Rowan was a champ! They have spunky personalities and were great models on their own and together. Couldn’t have asked for better!

The kids played on the beach (still can’t get over that there’s a beach in Cleveland) in the fall sun… so beautiful!

We also did a “precious parts” series of little Rowan. It must’ve been a funny scene, us trying to get him to show off his little body parts, but he was a great sport! I loved his mom’s idea of having him hold a toy that he likes – illustrates a bit of his personality. 🙂

Jack, 19 months – Cleveland Photographer

I haven’t seen Jack since he was 7 months old (almost exactly a year ago). This year, at 19 months, he’s turned into a kid! – running around, laughing, pulling his wagon, attempting to play football with his dad, and very, very attached to his Elmo.  He still has a super cute smile and the softest, fuzziest hair you just want to rub.

Alexander, 3, & Oliver, 6 months – Cleveland Photographer

These brothers are so, so cute and fun. Alexander is 3 and of course full of energy. He could’ve bounced on his mini trampoline for the entire session, had we not wanted some other shots! It reminded me of when our buddy Danni would jump on our bed for hours, yelling, “I’m jumping! I’m jumping!” Tireless, those guys!

Claire, 15 months – Cleveland Photographer

I didn’t even realize how many 15-ish-month-olds I photographed in Cleveland until I started organizing my shoots. I love this age! They’re competently and comfortably walking (or, in Alexander‘s case, running), so animated and interactive.

I can’t stand Claire’s cuteness. And that Anthropologie sweater… to die for.

Just look at this huge grin!
