Courtney & Ben’s Wedding – Cleveland Photographer

Courtney and Ben were married in November in Cleveland. They are the aunt and now-uncle of these scrumptious kids – adorable duo Haley & Jack and my little farm model Madden (who’s expecting his baby brother or sister’s arrival any day!). I really enjoyed shooting this wedding, especially since it was such a family-focused affair! Courtney and Ben’s ceremony was beautiful, with the chuppah adorned with tons and tons of flowers, and I don’t think anyone sat for long at the reception, as the awesome band keeping everyone on their feet until late in the night. Such a fun party!

Happy belated birthday to gorgeous Emma! Her eyes are ridiculously gorgeous, she’s so happy, and her dimples are too much. Now, she’s expecting a baby brother to arrive in just a few short weeks, so we had to sneak in Emma’s 1-year shoot before it became a big family affair!

Brooklyn & Matt’s Wedding – Key West, FL Photographer

This October, Brooklyn & Matt got married on Key West (prompting our first-ever Key West trip after living in Florida for 8 years!) at the Ocean Key Resort & Spa. This duo is so sweet, welcoming, on top of things, and, most importantly, in love, making photographing their wedding weekend a really fun experience – not to mention the spectacular organization and skills of Julie at Simply You Weddings.

They seamlessly and beautifully incorporated the local flavor of Key West – complete with fedoras, a cigar roller, and a menu that included lobster, a ceviche bar, and of course mojitos – and their own imported touches – like hundreds of handmade paper cranes flown in from Chicago, imported wine and champagne specifically selected by Matt (a sommelier), and their quilted chuppah made by family and friends. Throw in an impromptu party crash by Darth Vader (see sneak peek post), and you’ve got a pretty awesome wedding. 🙂

Janet & Brian’s Wedding – Cohasset/Boston Photographer

Lyla, 19 months – Sarasota/Orlando Family Photographer

Lyla and her parents came to Sarasota from Orlando for a visit and holiday shoot. As you can see by this preview, Lyla was in a mommy mood, just wanting to cuddle and be close to Lisa at all times.

I can’t even handle Lyla’s amazing hair (she’s not even 2 and has thick, flowing, wavy locks!) and those giant blue eyes.
